About this site
publicprocurementact.com is an independent, free resource on the EU Public Procurement Act, created and maintained by Proiecta S.r.l., an Italian public procurement consultancy.
Who we are
Proiecta S.r.l. is an Italian consultancy specialised in public procurement. We support Italian contracting authorities throughout the procurement cycle: planning, drafting tender documents, running award procedures and managing contract execution.
Our professional services are provided to Italian public administrations only.
Why this site
The proposed Regulation will replace the three 2014 procurement directives with a single act, directly applicable in every Member State. We built this site to make the text easy to read and to work with: every article on its own page, cross-references linked, the recitals and annexes in context, and the legislative procedure updated daily from the EU Law Tracker.
The site is independent and is not affiliated with the institutions of the European Union. It contains no advertising and requires no registration.
Translations
At this stage the Commission has published the proposal in English only. The other language versions on this site are unofficial translations prepared by Proiecta S.r.l., following the terminology of the official versions of Directives 2014/23/EU, 2014/24/EU and 2014/25/EU. When the official versions are published on EUR-Lex, they will replace our translations. In case of doubt, the English text prevails.
If you spot an error or have a suggestion, especially as a native speaker or practitioner, please write to info@proiecta.it, quoting the article and the language.
