Privacy and cookie policy
How publicprocurementact.com processes personal data and uses cookies, pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the rules on cookies.
1. Data controller
Proiecta S.r.l., Via Udine 18, 76123 Andria (BT), Italy · VAT 08903200726.
Contact for privacy matters: info@proiecta.it · certified email (PEC): pscproiecta@pec.it.
2. Data processed and purposes
a) Browsing data (server logs)
When you visit the site, the hosting provider's servers automatically record technical data such as IP address, date and time of the request, page requested, browser and operating system. These data are used only to deliver the pages, ensure security and investigate misuse. Legal basis: the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The hosting provider, Aruba S.p.A. (Italy), acts as data processor. Logs are kept for the period set by the provider for security purposes and then deleted.
b) Technical storage in your browser
The site saves in your browser's local storage a few technical preferences that are needed for it to work as you expect and are never sent to us: whether the index is open or closed (ppa-toc), whether the side-by-side English text is shown (ppa-cmp) and your cookie choice (ppa-consent). No consent is required for this technical storage.
c) Statistics with Google Analytics (only with your consent)
If you click “Accept”, the site uses Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, to produce aggregate statistics on visits (pages viewed, time spent, approximate country, type of device, source of the visit). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Before you choose, Google Analytics is not loaded and no analytics cookie is set.
Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses. Google signals and advertising personalisation are disabled, and data are not used for advertising. Google Analytics sets the cookies _ga and _ga_EWKJZ0LGL5, which last up to 2 years; statistics are kept for up to 14 months.
Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States, which is certified under the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework (European Commission adequacy decision of 10 July 2023). More information: Google Privacy Policy and Google Analytics data protection.
3. Your choice and how to change it
You can accept or reject analytics cookies in the banner shown on your first visit. Rejecting has no effect on how the site works. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page: if you withdraw consent, the analytics cookies are deleted. We will not ask you again for six months unless the use of cookies changes.
4. Recipients
Data are processed by the controller and by the processors listed above (Aruba S.p.A. for hosting; Google for statistics, only with consent). They are not disclosed to other parties and are not published.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have them corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing and to data portability (Articles 15–22 GDPR), and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To exercise your rights, write to info@proiecta.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali) or with the authority of your country of residence.
6. Updates
This policy may be updated; the date of the latest version is shown below.
