Article 114 · Scope

1.This Part applies to concessions for the execution of works and provision of services as defined in Article 115.

1.Dieser Teil gilt für Konzessionen für die Ausführung von Bauleistungen und die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen im Sinne von Artikel 115.

2.Unless otherwise provided for in this Part, all the provisions of this Regulation applicable to public contracts apply to concessions.

2.Sofern in diesem Teil nichts anderes bestimmt ist, gelten alle für öffentliche Aufträge geltenden Bestimmungen dieser Verordnung für Konzessionen.
